• Monument entry fees, guide charges, and camera fees

• Heater charges in hotels

• Any additional sightseeing or services not mentioned in the itinerary

• Expenses due to natural calamities, road blocks, strikes, etc.

• No refund for unused services or early departures.

Changes and Delays

The company reserves the right to alter or cancel the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternate arrangements will be made but no refund will be given for unutilized services.

Transport & Accommodation

• Vehicle type depends on group size and availability (e.g Sedan, Innova, Tempo Traveller).

• AC may not operate in hilly areas.

• Hotels will be provided as per category selected (Standard/Deluxe/Premium).

• The company is not liable for delays due to strikes, weather, or natural calamities.

• Adventure activities (like paragliding, rafting, skiing, etc.) are at the guest’s own risks.

Travel Documents

• Guests must carry valid ID proofs (Aadhar, Passport, Driving License).

• All permits (if required) will be arranged with guest cooperation.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary (without extra bed)

• Children 5–11 years: 50% of adult cost (with extra bed)
